House-Made
Our in-house baker is Mt. Hood's own Mary Beth Combs.
A native to the area and former Ringling Brothers performer, Mary Beth has found passion in all things sweet, especially that of her late husband's Italian heritage. Owning and operating her own bakery in New York State after her retirement from the circus, Mary Beth moved back to her roots and has helped Coffee House 26 create a plethora of baked goods centered around her favorite ingredients while incorporating owner Amber Ford's Italian family favorites!
